What's Special with Christmas?

As a child, I was always eager with the coming of Christmas. Not because of the gifts (which I didn't receive btw because of financial problems), but because of the lingering happiness in people's faces and the warmth we exude not only to our family and friends but also to strangers we pass by. It's a season of smiles for me. :)

However, will Christmas still be special for you this coming December despite the global financial crisis we're in?
